Life motto? Be real, be you. In everything I do, I try to be honest, considered, and unflinchingly transparent. But I’m also very warm – promise! It’s highly likely that we’ll become friends, just saying. And I’m all about making good connections, whether it’s connecting the dots in your business, or introducing you to new people. 

My aha moment came in the form of a bottle cap. I was sitting around a table listening to very smart people debate which colour cap would sell more milk. In this moment I realised how many smart people and big brands often overlook the most fundamental element of good branding – people.

And so The Human Element was born. Where good branding is so much more than a logo or a bottle cap. It’s about asking good questions and focusing strategy around the people you serve and the peopleness in your brand.
